Sustainability
The HPPA Sustainability Committee promotes initiatives that advance sustainable development, the circular economy and environmental responsibility across the paper packaging industry.
It keeps members informed of developments in the European and national regulatory framework, encourages the exchange of best practices and strengthens collaboration with institutions and organizations. Its mission is to support the industry's transition towards a more sustainable, innovative and competitive future.

The New Members & Communications Committee promotes the Association's outreach activities and enhances awareness of the value of paper packaging. Through targeted communication initiatives, strategic partnerships and participation in industry events, it showcases HPPA's work and initiatives.
At the same time, it supports the expansion of the Association's membership, strengthens member engagement, and creates opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing and collaboration, contributing to the continuous growth and effective representation of the paper packaging industry.

Human Resources & Health & Safety
The HPPA Human Resources, Health & Safety Committee promotes employee well-being and the continuous improvement of workplace health and safety across the paper packaging industry. It collects and analyses industry data, develops guidelines and encourages the exchange of best practices among member companies.
Through its initiatives, the Committee strengthens prevention, supports compliance with European standards, and fosters a strong culture of health, safety and employee well-being, contributing to the creation of safer, healthier and more resilient workplaces.
The HPPA Tax & Development Incentives Committee supports the finance departments of member companies in effectively managing regulatory, tax and development-related matters.
The Committee monitors legislative developments, promotes common positions to address industry challenges, identifies available funding and development programmes, and encourages the exchange of best practices among member companies.
It also contributes to reducing administrative burdens and supports the continuous professional development of finance professionals, helping member companies navigate an evolving regulatory environment.
